How do I return an item?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will gladly accept any defective item for refund or exchange. A to Z gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Return or exchange an item by mail. Pre-paid return service (US orders only):
We provide a quick and convenient return service. Just call to receive your pre-paid label through email or mail. This service is available in the contiguous United States only. Shipping charges are pre-paid, no postage is required. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund of 1 or more items: $9.00. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it off at USPS box or give it to your mail person. The USPS label cannot be used for shipments outside the continental United States.
